Thank you for shopping with The Aurabella. Because our cosmetics are handcrafted and made-to-order, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds to ensure product purity and safety.
No Returns
To maintain the highest hygiene standards, we do not accept returns. Once a handmade cosmetic item has left our care, we cannot verify its contents or condition, and therefore it cannot be returned or resold. All sales are final.
Refunds for Defective or Damaged Items
We stand by the quality of our work. If your item arrives defective or damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
• Reporting Window: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.
• Verification: To process your request, please email theaurabella.co@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged product and the shipping box.
How to Request a Refund
Since we do not have a physical storefront, all claims must be handled digitally:
1. Email Us: Send your proof of damage to theaurabella.co@gmail.com.
2. Review: We will review your claim within 48 hours.
3. Resolution: If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method, or a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Cancellations & Address Errors
• Cancellations: Because we are an online-only brand and begin production quickly, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
