Thank you for choosing The Aurabella. We take great care in hand-crafting each of your cosmetic items. Because we operate exclusively online and do not have a physical storefront, all orders are processed and shipped directly to your door from our studio.
Processing & Handling Time
• Handmade Quality: Since our products are handmade and often made-to-order, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared and packed.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
• Calculated at Checkout: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
• Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping. Please note that these are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
No Physical Pickup
The Aurabella is an online-only boutique. We do not offer local pickup, "will-call," or in-person shopping at any physical location. All items must be delivered via our authorized shipping carriers.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
• We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the package.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
• Carrier Responsibility: Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL), The Aurabella is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Damaged Items: If your handmade products arrive damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery at theaurabella.co@gmail.com with photographic evidence so we can file a claim and assist you with a replacement or refund.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship to Canada and Europe. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes that may apply to their order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
