• Quantity Limits: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer or to discontinue any product at any time.

Your order is an offer to purchase and is not accepted until The Aurabella confirms acceptance via email. Please review your order carefully; because we begin the handmade production process quickly, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests.
• Personal Use: Purchases are for personal/household use only and not for commercial resale.
• Return Policy: Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy (No Returns; Refunds for Defects Only).
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes or shipping charges. You represent that the credit card information you provide is true and that you are authorized to use it. As an online-only store, our prices are exclusive to our digital platform.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.
SECTION 6 - NO RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Due to the hygienic and handcrafted nature of our cosmetics, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. * Defects: If an item is arrived damaged or defective, you must contact us at theaurabella.co@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photographic proof.
• Approval: Approved claims for defective items will be resolved via refund to the original payment method or a replacement shipment.
